2026 LGHS Museum Buildings Open Hours

 

Guided Tours available every Thursday and Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM, June 20 – October 10

 

Expanded hours 10 AM – 4 PM for Season Opening Saturday, June 20, and Antique Tractor & Arts Festival Weekend Saturday-Sunday, July 25- 26. Expanded hours for Vintage Markets: 10 AM – 3 PM on Saturday, August 8, September 12, and Saturday, October 10, which is also Fall Color Day.

The museum grounds and Veteran Memorial are always open for self-guided tours, hiking, and access to the Scenic Overlook, every day, dawn to dusk.

Program: Friends of Plum and Pilot Islands

 

Join us as Mary Beth Volmer, President of the Friends of Plum and Pilot Islands, presents a program commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States, specifically highlighting the role that the Plum and Pilot Islands (and other Great Lakes) lighthouses played in westward expansion post the Revolutionary War. Learn about the past, present, and future plans for these lights and the islands of the Green Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
