DESCRIPTION:Monday\, July 17th\, 7pm: Potawatomi Families of Liberty Grove  \nLGHS shares its discoveries of one of the First People Of Liberty Grove with the help of the Forest County Potawatomi Museum and the Hannahville Indian Community. \nAll LGHS programs follow a short membership meeting. Light refreshments will be served. Merchandise benefiting LGHS will be available. All programs are free and open to the public with plenty of on-site parking and seating. \nAll events are subject to change. For updates\, visit our Facebook page. \n  \nAdditional 2023 Programming and Events \nAnnual “Lake to Table” Fish Boil Fundraiser is on-site Thursday\, June 22nd. \nA unique monthly evening program will be presented every 3rd Monday at 7pm following a general membership meeting in the white museum barn June – August.  The Door Reminder will be presented Monday\, June 19th and The Life and Times of Grace and Harvey Grasse will be presented on Monday\, August 21st. \nMuseum 2023 Season Opening Day is Saturday\, June 24th 10-4pm. Docents available and Museum buildings open 1-4pm every Saturday through October 14th and Thursday\, 9-noon through October 12th. DESCRIPTION:FARMALL CUD Tractor Hitched To A Feed Cutter \nSaturday & Sunday\, July 22 – 23: Antique Tractor and Arts Festival\, 10 am – 4 pm. \nJoin us for a day or two of our annual Antique Tractor & Arts Festival held on the beautiful grounds of the Liberty Grove Historical Society. This is our main fundraiser for the 2023 Season. \nThis family friendly event features vintage tractors\, numerous arts vendors\, music\, plenty of good food\, snacks\, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Young and old are sure to enjoy the tractor parades and hay wagon rides. \nA docent will be located in the Log Museum and all of our historic buildings will be open to view except for the barn. Plenty of parking and seating available. \nArt Vendors are welcome. Please contact Linda\, flowerlinda@msn.com for further information. \nAs always\, we are looking for Volunteers for this event to help in a variety of ways. If you can help\, for even part of one of these days\, it would be greatly appreciated. All LGHS Volunteers are invited to the Volunteer Picnic on Monday\, July 31 at 6:00pm in the barn for more good food and camaraderie.
