We will be touring the first floor only\, but the entire grounds are available for hiking.  \nTo find Gustave’s Getaway\, follow the blue and white WI DOT tourist signs on State Hwy 57 to Grove Road. Grove Road is located approximately between Sister Bay and Bailey’s Harbor and is about 20 minutes south of Ellison Bay. It’s the second road south of Koepsel’s Farm Market or the first road south of Lime Kiln Road. If heading north on State Hwy 57 from Bailey’s Harbor\, it’s the first road north of AC Tap. The lodging office and additional parking address is 2604 Grove Road\, but the “Gustave Getaway” driveway is located at 2602 Grove Road\, the first driveway before or to the east. You may contact Cheryl at 920-680-1942 for additional assistance with directions. \nYou are invited to learn about life on the southern border of Liberty Grove! Tour the historic Gustave’s 1887 lodge and grounds\, which have been lovingly preserved by Annie Miller\, owner and operator of Gustave’s Getaway. This historic Door County log cabin rental was built by Annie’s great grandparents Gustave and Matilda Kodanko using native timber. It is situated on 80 acres of its original farmstead and was home to 4 generations of Miller descendants. \n The property boasts old-growth forest trails\, flowered meadows\, rolling hills and an abundance of wildlife for you to explore. Extensive renovations were done to the log cabin in 2006. Annie invites you to step back in time during this rare opportunity to tour her iconic family and historic lodge located in the southeastern corner of Liberty Grove on pretty and quiet Grove Road. \n All events are subject to change.
